Today, Camille and Audrey, twin sisters with two distinct but complementary personalities, combine their expertise and fresh energy to bring their own special touch to the domain and to build on the heritage that the instinct and hard work of their parents, Jean-Charles and Catherine, helped develop.
Le Savoir-Faire
Camille, an oenologist, introduced the latest wine-making techniques in order to produce new kinds of wine.
Her aim – to enhance the range with wines such as Pays d’Oc and Coteaux de Narbonne.
As for Audrey, her strength lies in the field of sales and marketing. Communication, packaging and export hold no secrets for her.
The Cellar
Domaine Lalaurie’s cellar is the ideal place to come and sample our wines. In fact, the cool temperature all year round is an invitation to discover them at your leisure.
Nature and the Domain
We pay special attention to the quality of the grapes we harvest and thanks to a dry, windy climate we rarely treat our vines. Regular tillage also improves the health of our parcels. This is why we have begun the process of regular inspections carried out by a certified organization with a view to obtaining High Environmental Value certification in 2020.
