Domaine Lalaurie’s vineyard is spread over 52 hectares around the town of Ouveillan, to the north of Narbonne.
Harvesting is mechanical or manual, at full maturity.
The soils
Our vineyard is made up of different soil types in which we plant local grape varieties in order to produce wines that are characteristic of the terroir.
The dry, windy climate is conducive to wine production.
Respect for nature
Respect for the environment is naturally a concern of our customers, as it is for us. Benefiting from climatic conditions that are conducive to wine growing, we are committed to obtaining HVE (High Environmental Value) certification. This certification is the result of a methodical approach from the vine to the cellar, with inspections carried out over a three year period by a certified organization, followed by yearly checks. We are working patiently to obtain this certification in 2020.
