IGP Pays d’Oc
Light yellow wine in the golden reflections. The first nose is typical Sauvignon from the Languedoc, aroma of box tree and exotic fruits. It evolves in a complex way on woodier notes of vanilla, honey, citrus fruit (lemon). The nose full of delicacy and elegance, leaves place with a fresh mouth where the breeding is there is felt with aromas of vanilla, butter, grilled hazelnuts. The sensual mouth leaves place in one finale everything in length.

Vinification :
Grapes are picked during the night as the temperature is the freshest. Then the grape harvest is pressed, and the juice is precipitated at low temperature to spread the most clear juice which is put in barrels ( French oak) for the alcoholic fermentation.
At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is raised on its dregs and in barrels during 3 months.
Food and wine :
This wine will accompany fishes and shells in sauce, white meats and the goat cheese.
He can taste simply in apéritif.
