The colour is dark red. Woody nose with blackfruits aromas (black currant and blackberry). The palate is well-structured with soft and elegant tannin. This wine is round with toffee flavour.

Chalky-clayey soils.

100% Cabernet-Sauvignon
Vinification :
The grape ripens early in our district an dis harvested at the start of september or sometimes at the end of August. The fermentation is traditionally carried out at a constant temperature, with a long maceration process in order to extract the tannins. This garantees a good length on the palate.
Olding :
20% of the cuvée is aged in French oak barrels for 6 months. The two cuvées are then blended before bottling.
Food and wine :
Serve with meat dishes cooked in sauce and small and large game.
Advice :
Temperature 18°C.
