IGP Coteaux de Narbonne
Wine fine and fresh. Its colour is pale pink with salmon rim. Fruits, flowers aroma and primor aroma on the nose. On the mouth, persist red fruits aroma (strawberry) and flowers.
The fresh reveals by the slightly gaseous. Wine very round with a fresh finish.
Grape varieties :
Cinsault (50%), Grenache (30%), Syrah (20%).
The Rosé is made by straight pressing. Then there is a sediment precipitation by cold temperature (10°C). Then only the clear juice is innoculated for the fermentation. That one during 18-21 days at cold temperature, to protect the natural grapery aromas. The different grape varieties are fermented separetly.
Food and wine :
Wine can be drunk all of the year, with: Salads, poultry, grills meats, Italian food, paella ….
This wine sould be drunk young.
Serve chilled at 10-12°C.
