Rosé wine with a very pale color, with salmon pink nuances, with silvery reflections. The intense and fresh nose reveals aromas of redcurrant and a hint of lemon. The fresh and delicate palate recalls the aromas of currant and citrus (grapefruit). The long and fresh finish will make the taste buds want to rediscover it.
Soil :
Clay and limestone.
Grape varieties :
Cinsault 45%, Cabernet Franc 25%, Grenache 20% et Syrah 10%.
Vinification :
The harvest of the different grape varieties will take place overnight, each in turn at their optimum maturity, in order to obtain high quality juices. For this wine, only the first juices that come out of the press will be selected. They will be kept cold (3 ° C) for 48 to 72 hours, before putting them to ferment in a stainless steel tank. Alcoholic fermentation will last on average 10 to 15 days. Aging on the lees will be carried out after fermentation for several weeks. Then the different grape varieties will be blended.
