Red wine with a brilliant ruby color. The very fruity nose reveals aromas of blackberry jam and vanilla spices. We then find aromas of “carbonic maceration” to which are added garrigue spices. The palate is round and supple, it reveals its aromatic palette of red fruits, all supported by a light tannic structure.
Soil :
Rolled pebble soil on clay-limestone soil and limestone hillsides.
Grape varieties :
Grenache et Syrah.
Vinification :
Hand harvested, part of the harvest is vinified in carbonic maceration, the other part in traditional vinification (tank). After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the various vats are assembled and then placed in barrels for aging for a period of 12 months (French oak barrel).
Food and wine :
Wine to taste with good red meat or a cheese platter.
Advice :
Serve at a temperature of 16 to 18 ° C.
