Wine with a pale yellow colour, revealing fine bubbles. The nose is fresh with aromas of white and citrus fruits. In the mouth, notes of grapefruit enhanced by the lightness of the bubbles.
Grape varieties :
Once the grapes are pressed, the resulting juice is clarified using the cold settling technique and then fermented at a low temperature. This is how our base wine is obtained.
The wine is bottled with a blend of sugar and yeasts, followed by secondary fermentation with the bottle laying on its side. The wine is aged for 12 months on laths.
Food and wine :
Brut LALAURIE should be served at a temperature of 6 ° C and can be enjoyed as an aperitif or to accompany a dessert of fruit salad or a fruit tart.
