Marselan
IGP Pays d’Oc
It is deep crimson hue with purple rim. In the first nose appear red berries then appear some black fruits (prune and blueberry) with vanilla and caramel. The mouth is fresh and round with fine tannin. Wine supple where stay black fruits aroma. Pleasant wine with a lingering finish.

100% Marselan
Vinification :
The grapes are picked up by machine. The stalks are taken off before to go in tank for the fermentation. The vatting time is 2 weeks under temperature control to extrac most of fruits aroma and soft tannin.
Food and wine :
Accompane a lot of sort of meals, as well, spicy meals and sour sweet meals.
You can taste this wine with a “Canard à l’orange” or a tajine with apricots.
Advice :
Carafe delicately before serving. Serve at a temperature of 18°C.
