Have you placed an order on our website and changed your mind? This form allows you to exercise your right of withdrawal online, free of charge and without giving any reason. This right is provided for by Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

Time limit

You have 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the products. If products from the same order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last one. The day of receipt is not counted: for products received on the 5th of the month, you may withdraw until the 19th inclusive. If the last day falls on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, the period is extended to the next working day.

You may also withdraw before receiving your order. Your statement simply has to be sent before the period expires.

How to withdraw

• Fill in the form below. The only required details are your last name and first name, your order number (or, failing that, the order date) and the email address at which you wish to receive the acknowledgement of receipt.
• Click the “Confirm withdrawal” button.
• An acknowledgement of receipt is immediately displayed on screen and sent to you by email. It sets out the content of your statement and the date and time it was sent. Keep it: it enables you to prove that you withdrew within the time limit.

This form is not the only way to withdraw. You may also inform us of your decision by any other unequivocal statement: for example, an email to lalaurie@domaine-lalaurie.com or a letter to SARL Jean Charles Lalaurie (Domaine Lalaurie), 2 rue Le Pelletier de Saint-Fargeau, 11590 Ouveillan, France. What happens next

• Returning the products, at your expense. If you have received the products, send them back to us without undue delay, and at the latest 14 days after sending your statement, to the following address: SARL Jean Charles Lalaurie (Domaine Lalaurie), 2 rue Le Pelletier de Saint-Fargeau, 11590 Ouveillan, France. The deadline is met if you send the products back before it expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the products. For orders of more than 12 bottles, which cannot normally be returned by post, we will provide you, on request and before any return, with an estimate of the cost of return by carrier. Please pack the bottles carefully. You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
• Refund within 14 days. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. The only exception is supplementary costs, if you chose a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery we offer. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
• Same means of payment. The refund is made using the means of payment you used for your order (bank card or cheque), unless you expressly agree to another means. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
