A delicate, fresh wine. Pale yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose reveals fruity aromas of lychee and grapefruit.
In the mouth, lingering aromas of fruit (citrus) and flowers (rose), sustained and improved by the fine perlage. A full-bodied wine with a very fresh and well-balanced finish.
Grape varieties :
Sauvignon (80%), Gewurztraminer (20%)

A wine that can be drunk all year round and throughout a meal. Fish, Thai cuisine, fruit salads…
Should be consumed young and served at a temperature of 10 to 12°C.
