IGP Pays d’Oc
Twenty-two steps is a reference to the distance which separated our school from the family cellar. Today our pairs of step are all grown up, and with them, the desire to go back to traditional wine productions of our childhood.

Grape varieties :
Manual harvest and put in vat directly after a sorting of grape harvest. Carbonic soaking in vat will last 3 weeks then grape harvest will be in a hurry and the end of alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation will take place in traditional vat.
Food and wine :
Accompany easily grilled meat, meat products, knocked.
Serve in 16°c.
